Wailua Falls

These falls are very easy to access and are just a short drive from the condo.  At 173 feet, the falls are truly spectacular.  Opaeka'a Falls is also in the area and is quite spectacular as well.  Kipu Falls are much smaller but there is an excellent swimming hole complete with rope swings.

Wailua Golf Course

One of the best public golf courses in America is located in Kapaa.  Wailua Golf Course meanders along Kaua'i's Coconut Coast, where the sounds of surf and sea breezes constantly remind you of it's oceanfront location.  This is one of the more affordable courses on the island.

Fern Grotto

This natural amphitheater is a tropical paradise that provides excellent acoustics.  It was made famous as the location Elvis Presley sung the Hawaiian wedding song in the movie, "Blue Hawaii".

Lydgate Beach State Park

This park is perfect for families, with two boulder enclosed ponds that let the fish in, but not the waves, the snorkeling here is good and easy.  You will find many facilities at the park including lifeguards, picnic tables, playgrounds and showers.
